PRESIDENTS REPORT

Once again great responce from all members on runs last month. The motorex was a great weekend with everybody that went saying they had a good time. There was even a force 7 seen there how rare are they, next year we should look at getting a better area to display our cars so we will be looking for names early then we can get the floor space that we require & have a theme also some of the displays were fantastic. It was funny I gave 30 tickets away to get in for free on the condition that you just stand on our display area for a little while to relive who ever was on the stand for the ones that did I thank you for the others what can I say.

I was sorry to hear a good friend of mine is not travelling well at the moment Dave Clee from Pontiworld even as sick as he is one of our members rang him looking for brake parts he had them & even took them home for him to pick up late that night our thoughts are with you Dave as the American car scene in Australia needs people like you.

On to happier things it was good to see the CDUCC concourse went so well last month they had a great turn up of cars it is worth looking at there club magazine to see the photos. Next year I hope to make it there as it looks like a great event.

The point system is fairly close at the moment so dont forget who ever organizes an event that you go to tell them to give your name to Murray Forman as the trophy that you win for being member of the year is great. Also thanks to Wayne Rowley for donating this faboulas trophy.
The web site is really getting going now we have over 40 members on the forum which is great there is some interesting topics on it so if you haven't joined yet get onto it & have your say as we have members from QLD & Vic also the members cars are looking good if yours isn't there yet, well get a photo to Andrew & he will put it on for you.

Great effort again club members for last months turn outs.
