PRESIDENTS REPORT.

November 2004

First off I would like to welcome all of our new committee members to the team, for the committee members that have left us thanks for the past year your help was great, next I would like to thank all the members that wanted me as your president again it is a privilage to hold this position in such a great club.

Over the next couple of months our club is going to be busy with a lot of runs that our new events coordinator has planned for us so please try & get to as many as possible especially the christmas party that has been arranged for our club look for more info in this months magazine.

Also if you don't know Michelle & myself have bought a coffee shop so my availablity through the day is now very limited to what it once was to spend time on the phone talking if you have a problem with something in the club please phone me at home on 42681455 as I have had about 5 members complaining about their membership cards with wrong dates on them, guys it is not the end of the world they will be fixed there were typing errors that is all really, the 5 guys that rang if you have a better idea or can do them without mistakes please let me know & I will get you to do them next year, don't forget all the committee members give there time for FREE I dont want to seem petty but really. So if you have a problem with what I have just written please phone me at home & I will discuss it further with you.

I would like to thank the members that brought their cars to Darling Harbour for the motor show display a great day a little disapointing that 25 members said they would come & we only got 18 turning up, for the 18 that turned up they have first chance at the drivers parade lap at eastern creek on the 5th of december the other remaining spots will be put in a ballot & drawn out.

Also our new editor will be looking for info for the magazine so get as much to him as possible it all goes into the making of a great read.
